This property enjoys a secluded rural location deep in the West Yorkshire countryside, and is perfect for those who want to enjoy a truly peaceful holiday away from the stresses of daily life. There are miles of country walks to be enjoyed direct from the property’s front door,including the .75 mile walk up to the Stoodley Pike Monument,a fantastic vantage point offering breath-taking views of the surrounding moorland.

However,the property is not completely isolated the town of Todmorden lies just three miles away, offering an interesting array of shops and several markets each week including a second-hand market on Thursdays. Three miles the other way is the town of Hebden Bridge this is a great place for a day trip, offering a vibrant community with a wealth of independent shops and a good range of cafes,restaurants,and pubs.

The Approach to Greave farm is via a single track farm road, this period property is accessed down several stone steps,or a slighly longer route goes down a slope if you struggle with steps to get to the front door.

Once inside you will come into the spacious kitchen/ dining area with a dining table seating six whilst the kitchen area is equipped with a Range-style electric oven and 5 burner hob and warmer plate, various pans and plates in the Victorian tall boy cupboard, theres also a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster kettle tea&coffee and coffee machine.

Outside,the property enjoys a garden with spectacular panoramic views across the hills.
There is a patio and lawn area, which also offers breath-taking views over the surrounding countryside. There is ample off-road parking available for two cars

Moving through to the spacious lounge where contemporary comforts sit alongside well-maintained original features, including the exposed stone fireplace and wood panelled wall. The large corner sofa invites guests to sit back and relax in front of the TV and DVD player, whilst enjoying the cosy glow and warmth radiating from the cosy wood burner.

Stairs lead from the lounge up to the first-floor accommodation where there are three bedrooms.

Two of these bedrooms benefit from zip-and-link beds which allow them some versatility in the way they are set up. Two of the rooms are usually made up as doubles, but can be made up as twins on request,whilst the third bedroom is generally made up as twin room, but can be made up as a double on request. The bathroom, has a fully enclosed rain fall/and shower lance over-bath arrangement, bidet and WC..
